Therapy for deeper, lasting change
Trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals and couples ready to understand what lies beneath the patterns that keep repeating.
In-person in Tulsa and virtual throughout Oklahoma.
Ways to Work With Us
Therapy doesn't need to look the same for everyone. Some people benefit from the consistency of ongoing psychotherapy. Others arrive with a particular experience, relationship pattern, or place of stuckness they want dedicated time and space to explore.
We offer both ongoing psychotherapy and focused therapeutic work designed around the needs of the individual or couple.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers space to understand the experiences and patterns influencing your present life. Our work may include trauma processing, EMDR, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, parts-informed work, mindfulness, and deeper exploration of relationship and attachment patterns.
Treatment is individualized rather than organized around a single technique.
60-minute sessions | Private pay and select insurance plans available
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
For established clients, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy or ketamine-assisted EMDR may be integrated into trauma treatment when clinically appropriate. This work is considered collaboratively and includes screening, preparation, therapeutic support, and integration.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is designed for partners who want to understand more than simply what they argue about. We slow down recurring patterns to explore what happens within each person and between you—particularly when protection, fear, disconnection, or old wounds begin shaping the relationship.
Sessions draw from trauma-informed and relational approaches, including principles developed through The Relational Alchemy Method™.

Therapy Intensives
Coming Soon
Sometimes an hour at a time isn't enough space for the work you want to do.
Therapy intensives offer extended, focused time to work with a particular traumatic experience, persistent emotional or relational pattern, or area where insight alone has not created meaningful change.
Intensives may incorporate EMDR, somatic and experiential work, or Relational Alchemy-informed therapeutic work depending upon your needs and goals. Individual and couples intensives will be available following an initial consultation and assessment of fit.
